A Property Valuer’s report carries legal and financial weight in Australia, in a way a real estate agent’s appraisal simply does not. The key distinction is authority: a Certified Property Valuer is trained, accredited, and legally accountable for producing an independent, evidence‑based valuation that organisations like the ATO and accountants can rely on.

A Property Valuation is different to a Real Estate Agent's opinion of the value of your property. Those opinions cannot be relied upon for the purposes of taxation.

Andrew is a Property Industry professional with over 35 years of experience! Andrew became a Licensed Real Estate Agent in 1996, and still holds his Class 1 License. Andrew completed his Diploma in Business (Valuation) in 1997 to attain his Valuers qualification.

Andrew also has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Newcastle University and teaches Property Services at TAFE NSW.

Andrew and Leanne owned their own Real Estate Agency for over 22 years, providing their clients with personalised, professional service.
